The House Key.

The House Key is a small heart-shaped tablet. Its form draws on Sankofa, the Ghanaian symbol for returning to one's roots. Set on the tongue, it prepares the palate for about an hour. Its fruit is grown in Ghana.

Place one key on the tongue and let it dissolve slowly, without chewing. When it is gone, pour a small glass of Crimson Allure.

As the ritual unfolds, you may notice brightness soften and depth emerge over the next few minutes. The liquid remains the same; the experience of it changes.
