The House Key.

The House Key is a small West African fruit, Synsepalum dulcificum. Set on the tongue, it awakens the palate for about an hour. Ours are grown in Ghana and pressed gently into a soft pink square, scored down the middle.

Place one key on the tongue and let it dissolve — no chewing, no rush. Read your tasting card while it settles. When it is gone, pour a slender flute of Crimson Allure or Opaline Mirage, and let the ritual unfold across the next several minutes.

The elixir stays exactly itself; the House opens quietly around it. As the minutes pass, you may notice new notes surface — the gates giving way, one at a time. Discovery, not demonstration.

The House uses the ritual not for the trick, but for what the ritual reveals: how thin the veil is between the flavour of a thing and the flavour of a moment. Discovery arrives quietly. Reflection lingers.
